Man, it’s beautiful down there in Tyler!
We had too many people to fit in one Honda Odessey, so we caravaned with the maroon whatchamacallit. I felt a little outnumbered, but the three girls in the Odessey proved to make the hour-and-a-half ride more entertaining than a cheerleader blooper video! We discovered new interjections such as “Ole!” and “Great NURSE!” – both of which could be used if being chased by a buffalo. Trust me.
We had a great visit with the studio. Gary was a very nice guy who knows his stuff. After hearing some sweet new tunes and having prayer time, we went to lunch.
Actually, “El Quatro” is not a difficult place to find if you the right direction and you don’t spell it “Le Cuatro” on your iPhone – Jenn!
They have the BEST hot sauce! Now, I say that about almost EVERY tex-mex restaurant I visit… but they have the BEST hot sauce! It is unique in it’s tomato-lime hotness. The fish tacos were pretty good too (ugh, no supper for me).
Sorry. I slept on the way home. I have no idea what (if any) new interjections they came up with.
